ASCE uses the information you provide to administer your registration and to keep you apprised of conference information and related products and services. The name, job title, company information, and mailing address of registrants are also included in the conference attendee list that is provided to sponsors and included in the conference app. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

*Students may add conference proceedings to their registration for $80.00. Students must be registered as Student Members with ASCE to receive the Student rate.
**Students wishing to register for the conference after April 14, 2021 will need to contact Customer Service at [email protected]. Students registering after this date will not have the option to order proceedings.

Early Bird Registration Discount (EB)
Don’t miss out! Register early and receive the best savings. Registrations online or by form (PDF), must include complete payment and be received by this date to qualify for the Early Bird registration discount.
Advance Registration Discount (ADV)
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of an advance registration discount. Registration online or by form (PDF), must include complete payment information, and must be received by this date to qualify for the advance registration discount.
On-Site Registration (ONS)
Please do not mail registration forms through the U.S. Postal Service after in order to ensure your registration is processed by the April deadline. After this date, registrations must be secured with a credit card. If you are paying by credit card, please register online or download the PDF registration form and submit it onsite along with your complete credit card payment.
Confirmation of Registration
Confirmations will be emailed to all Early Bird and Advance registrants within 5 business days of registering for the conference. Online registrants should receive immediate notification following submission of the registration information.
If you do not receive your confirmation within one week, please contact ASCE registration at +1 (800)548-2723 and ask to speak with Customer Service, or email [email protected]. Please reference Earth & Space 2021 in the subject line.
Recording of Sessions
Video or audio recording of any educational session is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from both ASCE and the session presenter(s).
Release/Waiver/Special Assistance
Photograph Release: By submitting my complete registration, I hereby release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of me during the conference by ASCE to be used for any purpose.
Liability Waiver: By submitting my registration, I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in ASCE events and activities at my own free and intentional act, and I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation. I give this acknowledgment freely and knowingly that I am, as a result, able to participate in ASCE events, and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well being. I also agree not to allow any other individual to participate in my place.
ADA Compliance
The Earth & Space Conference will be all virtual. If you require special assistance at the convention, please submit a written description of your requirements with your registration form or email [email protected] before March 18, 2020. While ASCE will make every effort to meet the needs of the disabled, accommodations cannot be guaranteed without prior notification.
Payment Information
Acceptable forms of payment include:
- Check: payable to ASCE/Earth & Space 2021 (In U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank - you must include attendee’s name in the memo area of the check)
- Credit card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover
- Purchase order: P.O. #, company name & address or other billing address (This includes Government P.O. use) – a copy of this P.O. must be submitted to Customer Service when you register

Cancellations/Refunds
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received by ASCE in writing by April 2, 2021. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 2, 2021. Send cancellations to [email protected] or fax to 866-902-5593.
In recognition of the travel challenges posed by the on-going COVID-19 outbreak, attendees residing in countries with a CDC Level 2 or Level 3 designation needing to cancel should contact ASCE Customer Service.
Program & Session Cancellation
ASCE reserves the right to cancel programs, events, and/or sessions because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive a full refund, if applicable. Programs and Sessions are subject to change, and ASCE reserves the right to substitute a program, session, and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill the educational requirements.
